Take one bereaved and broken-hearted bank manager from London who'd give his right arm to have the love of his life back again and send him a cryptic message. Add a black 55 year old fake psychic from New Jersey who has a hook where his right hand once was. Haunt him with dreams of the Book of Life and give him two dead bodies to dispose of. Throw in an up and coming middleweight boxer against whom the world has suddenly turned.
